Chiltern society guide to bridleway conditions

I know nothing whatsoever about this organisation, the Chiltern Society, but the link leads to a word document which appears to detail the predicted winter conditions of every bridleway and BOAT in the Chilterns.

I have no idea where to find the maps they refer to in the table, so it requires detailed local knowledge to really know which paths they are talking about.
